The message of Dr. King

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was one of the greatest orators and men of the twentieth century, should be remembered for his message of optimism, seeking to bring out the best in every man.

Having lived an incredible life of only 39 years, all of us, blacks, Hispanics, whites, Asians, should draw strenth and inspiration from his words.

Here are links to two of Dr. King’s most memorable speeches:

“I Have a Dream”

“A Time to Break Silence”

Do yourself a favor. Don’t just read them. Listen to them. It’s just powerful stuff.
