Jim Webb: the reluctant politician

Senator George Allen conceded today to Democrat Jim Webb giving the Democrats control of the U.S. Senate by one seat. Jim Webb is a remarkable man and I know he will make for a great U.S. Senator and will serve Virginia well. This guy is a decorated Vietnam veteran and former Navy Secretary under President Reagan. His 24-year old son is a Marine fighting in Iraq today. Forbes Magazine published this article about the man who wasn’t supposed to win but did.
