Ares I-X test rocket launches from Cape Canaveral

Today the Ares I-X test rocket was successfully launched from Cape Canaveral. The Ares I is part of NASA’s Constellation Program, which is developing spacecraft for U.S. human spaceflight after the Space Shuttle fleet is retired from service in 2010.
