Has it ever occurred to you, that homosexuality may have been troubling in a time of plague and famine but with the earth's population exceeding 6 billion, why does the reproductive stance hold any steak any longer? The law of Leviticus was intended for the preservation of the Jewish population. It no longer holds relevance, which is logical people do not believe it is wrong to eat shellfish, or shave or take a same sex partner.
And miss, what about the millions of displaced or abandoned children same sex couples can raise? If your logic follows, homosexuality is a good thing- the current demand is for more FAMILIES, not more children.
By the way, Darwin also made some appalling racist comments. He has since revoked these. Do your homework if you're going to cite scientists.
More over, "natural" is defined as "present in or produced by nature". Please cite examples of homosexual pairing and sexual behavior in many animal species, especially mammals like hyenas and goats. It is indeed "natural", and prevalent in many animal species in similar proportions of the population as it is humans.
Is it not contradictory to say that people are born gay and live according to their feelings and yet, homosexuality get in the way of meeting that "someone special" God made for you? Indeed, if God made a man for me, I wouldn't have feelings for him. That doesn't seem like a divinely inspired union. The former is true, I was born gay and I date those individuals whom I fall in love with. I think that's what God intended.
Don't be sorry for me. Being gay has no way impeded me from having a great job and education, a beautiful relationship, great familial relationships, giving back to others. I hope most Christians can say the same for themselves.

Does the chaos within nature appear only when there is no God?
I see the harmony within all nature, and more so beautiful I see no ruler among them.
Only the free, and the wild.

This thing is greater than God. It is greater than words.

The contents of the bible are not the same as the interpretations that religion (as it is imperfect and created by man) made to try to understand it. First of all, the bible says it is a sin to practice homosexual acts, because as in all things the bible as God himself, promotes the perpetuation of human life and this, between a man and a woman, which was the way He intended it to be. I'm sorry for all the homosexuals out there, I don't think you are freaks, I don't think it is your fault, most of you where born this way and live according to your feelings. But, as Darwin said, “in nature, there are forces that move towards creating new life and there are forces that move against that. Homosexuality is an error of nature, because it is not natural”. God does not intend anyone to be condemned just because of their sexual orientation. He simply sais that it is wrong because it impedes new life in a natural way between that special someone that He made for you and yourself.
The concept of faith is that you believe before you see. Therefore, the fact that you need proof that god resurrected suggests that maybe you where never saved, because you don't believed. I don’t need to see God to know He exists. I just have to look around. If God doesn’t exist, then there is only chaos. And the mathematical probability that chaos produces a perfect, healthy human being such as yourself is minimum. And where are all the errors that lead to creating you? If there is only chaos and no natural order in the universe, we should be stomping around the huge number of abnormal human beings and animals that it would take to have created us.
In addition, if you have read your bible you will know that you give 10% of what you earn because you reap what you sow, call it karma if you will, it is not as if that money was forever lost to you. What it says on the bible is that because of those 10% you put aside for Him, God will multiply your assets and your barns will never be empty. Besides, it’s tax deductible. And now that you mention it, I’m really sorry that your church is only used on Sundays, because mine is always full, you see, God isn’t someone you can leave behind in all the other days of the week and it’s not his fault that you are a catholic who was taught by religion that you should only take care of your soul on the weekends. But moving on, I’m sorry that the fact that you gave money to build your church made you so terribly poor that you were not able to still help others and make the world a better place, but you see my bible says that when you are really transformed from within you feel the need to do something for someone that needs you, and I’m wondering why you only felt that need now, but just in case, is your bible any different than mine, because my church is associated with a charity mission created precisely because we know the content of Matthew 25:41-46 and so we felt the need to do something about it, why hasn’t you church leader?
I have never read anything in the bible that suggested that God punished the sins of the fathers on the children. Again, some Christians are indeed misinterpreting, or just making stuff up! I insist on this: it is not excusable to take a human life because we do not own it and according to the bible the only one who gives life is the only one who can take it, and so whenever someone was killed, it was because they had betrayed God or their prophet or their entire people (read Joshua 7:11-20). Other than that, when did God’s people ever commit genocide? And where does it say that the slave was raped? As you probably know, at that time, whenever a city was conquered everyone in it became a slave, who could be bought as a servant by anyone. The bible does not say anything either bad or good about the subject because it simply does not mention it and as you know, slavery started long before the bible was ever written and lasts until today. What I can tell you is this: all of the commandments in the bible where put there for a purpose and that is to promote the perpetuation of life, and if God commanded me to love my fellow man as I do myself, would I rape him? Furthermore, as you probably where able to tell God did not allow Abraham to murder his son because his life was not for him to take, but of course you know that.
Jesus didn’t die just for you, but for all humanity that came before you and that is still to come. In the spiritual world the price to pay for sin is death and that is why, there had to be someone, one who had never sinned, who would come forward to pay that price for all of us so that we could be saved, but as I see you don’t want to be saved because maybe you think that your life is not meaningful enough for someone to die for.. But I guess Jesus disagrees with you and came here anyway, so you could have a choice. Let’s put it this way: Wouldn’t you do anything for your kids? I know I would! If I know that they were about to be condemned I would sooner rather dye myself as I’m sure you would too. You see, God sees you as his child. I find it only natural that He would do anything for me, because He loves me, as He does you.
I’m sorry that you ever said that God sees everything to your kids so that you wouldn’t have to deal with the issue, but one of the 10 commandments is to honor and cherish your parents. Maybe a better approach would be to teach them about the value of having a family that you love and respect and about the importance of not becoming a liar so that you will not hurt those around you. And finally, the bible never said that you should wait for God to come here and start healing the problems of this world, what it does say is that it is not God the one who delivers evil so that we will suffer. It says in John 10:10 “The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy but I have come so that you will have abundant life”. We shouldn’t blame God for natural disasters or wait for him to come and clean it up. It is up to us to help others, because this world was given to Adam and Eve when God created them, and so it is ours to care for.
I find it extremely disturbing that you would consider not helping someone just because you are already saved and that it is not your obligation to do everything in your power to help those around you! I’m sorry to tell you that you are wrong. If you read Mathew 25 again, you will see why. You know I don’t think the problem isn’t God. The problem is in the things you believe in…that aren’t consistent with what the bible says and therefore when speaking in the matters of God couldn’t be true, considering that the bible is the word of God. That having been said, I strongly advise you not to go to church. Just stay home and read the bible. You can only say that you don’t believe or want something that you know about, at least that’s my opinion. Most importantly, first, read the gospels (from Mathew to John in the New Testament). When you do that, if you have any questions feel free to ask. And maybe it is time to look for a new church, you know, one that doesn’t focuses so much on the religious part, but more on the spiritual, inlightning and question-answering part. Don’t throw god aside just because your religion sucks. Change your religion.

That having been said, please don’t take this the wrong way. I just found it so troubling to see someone saying such strong words about what believe in that I just felt compelled to try to explain your focus points with what I’ve learned from the bible. I hope this means something to someone and it might not mean anything to you, but I’ll be praying for you…
oh, and just in case you are wondering...I'm a protestant.

Ester Kerwer

"what do you think happens to people who don't choose Jesus as the son of God? "

They have a lot more free time? They grow old and die just like the Christians do, and more than likely cease to exist. Like the flame of a candle blown out by the wind.

I know that you are upset that you have denied the people who most need you to recognize that they are Your Species, your self can now see yourself in their lives, their needs, their eyes are your own. What comes out of a person defiles them, not what goes in! Bless you child, I love you now that I can begin to love myself. I/we share this pattern of life with those who also can bear witness to us of our humanity, our shared insanity, a new sense of inanity.
thanks for putting up with me, bless you
