		<description>Passing the he DREAM Act on it&#039;s own would not make CIR more difficult to pass.  That is false.  It buys into the same zero sum ridiculous logic that nativists use to argue migrants are taking peoples jobs.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There is no chance of CIR this year.  We need to pass the DREAM Act, now, to legalize a million youth now so that they can push for their families later.</description>
