Where will the outsourcing madness end? Now libraries? Folks in Santa Clarita, California, are outraged over the hiring of for-profit library operator, Library Systems & Services to run its local library system. This company’s CEO Frank A. Pezzanite, has pledged to save $1 million a year in Santa Clarita, by cutting overhead and, of course, replacing those pesky union employees.
