100 years ago today a group of Mexican exiles led by Francisco I. Madero met in San Antonio, Texas to call the Mexican people to rise up in arms against the dictatorship of Mexican President Porfirio Diaz. The resulting document is known as the Plan of San Luis Potosí and was the spark of the Mexican Revolution.
