The secret of Chipotle Mexican Grill’s success

Restaurant industry guru Paul Barron (@PaulBarron) has a new book coming out, The Chipotle Effect, about Colorado-born Chipotle Mexican grill. The first Chipotle opened in 1993 in Denver in a former Dolly Madison Ice Cream Store on Evans Avenue near the University of Denver campus. It now has 1200 locations, with restaurants in 41 states, D.C., Toronto and London.
